Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase from Tinktopia! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 


Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Returned items must include all original parts and materials.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please ensure items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Opened or partially assembled items cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at tinktopiastore@gmail.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage

We’ll review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please wait for our reply before sending any items back.

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

 

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


Shipping for Returns

To return a product, please email us at tinktopiastore@gmail.com or reach out through our Contact Us page for instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive returned items.

 


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, held at customs, or lost in transit, please contact us at tinktopiastore@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and in most cases, we can arrange a replacement. Please allow time for possible shipping delays before reaching out.

 


Additional Notes

  • Do not send your return to the manufacturer.
  • Packages marked “Return to Sender” or refused upon delivery will be treated as returns, and only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded (not shipping).
  • We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance in such cases.
