2. What skill levels do your kits require, and do I need any extra tools?

Our DIY kits cater to a range of skill levels—from beginner to advanced. Each product page lists the recommended skill level so you can find the perfect match. Most kits include all necessary materials, but please note: due to shipping regulations, glue and batteries are not included. Any additional tools needed will be clearly listed in the product description.


3. Are these kits suitable for family projects or kids?

Yes! While most kits are best suited for ages 14 and up due to small parts and detailed assembly, they make wonderful family projects. Whether you’re building on a rainy day or sharing a screen-free weekend activity, our miniature kits offer a fun and creative bonding experience. Adult supervision is recommended for younger builders or for steps that require precision.


4. How long does it take to complete a kit?

Build time depends on the complexity of the kit and your pace. We provide an estimated assembly time on each product page—so you’ll know whether it’s a quick 1–3 hour project, an afternoon build, or a rewarding weekend activity.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. We’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders, no matter where you’re located.


6. What currency will I be charged in?

We support six major currencies—USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and JPY. If you’re shopping from one of these regions, you’ll see local pricing and checkout in your currency. All other customers will be charged in USD, and your bank will handle any conversion.


7. How long does it take for a product to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–14 business days. Here’s a quick guide:

United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

10. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
